Call to all my sewing face book friends. I am looking for donations of breast cancer awareness fabric scraps & pink & white Or creme fabric scraps,& pink & white threads & scraps of quilt batting And or binding scraps . I want to begin a project to make mug rugs for the entire staff at a local Breast Care Center. Which I can not afford to buy all the supplies for this large endeavor. This is a division of the hospital where ladies go for Diagnostic Mammograms, Breast Ultrasounds, all types of Breast biopsies and radiation. They assit in the diagnosis process of breast cancer and breast diseases. They all so have Nurse Navigators; that follow all the breast cancer patients and help with the process from diagnosis to treatment and assure that irregardless of income or insurance that each patient receives quality treatment and care and provides access to all services needed. This project is very near and dear to my heart. This is an awesome team of ladies. If you could assist please let me know. No scrap donation is too small each piece will be used for this project.
